HOW DO I GET MAKE-UP WORK?

Students are responsible for making up assignments that were missed due to illness.  There are lots of ways to get help finding out what you need to do.  Teachers will post assignments on their websites or let you know if you ask for a list of make-up work.  If you’re absent for more than two days, you can even have your parent call the school and arrange to pick up your books and assignments the next day (teachers do need about 24 hours notice). Remember to check PowerSchool for missing assignments and your current grades. Students will have as many days to turn in make-up work as they were absent, provided the absences are excused with a parent or doctor’s note when the student returns to school.

Medicines cannot be carried in a student’s possession while at school.  Parents must bring the medicine in its original container to the office for safekeeping, along with a parent or doctor’s note.  Students must take all medicines in the office.
